To guarantee a spot in the class of your choice, payment must be received with registration.Pre-registration is highly recommended. Most classes fill at least a week in advance, space is limited so register early!
Do not bring children or unregistered guests to class. Students under 13yo must attend with a registered adult, although we recommend all students under 18yo attend with a friend or family member.

Public Classes - Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
No Refund if you cancel with less than 7 days notice.
*Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to class may request a refund minus a $5 processing fee or receive full credit to another class. For eLearning programs, the online course portion is non-refundable.
*Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance, but at least 24 hours prior to the class will be issued a credit to reschedule with a $10 rescheduling fee. One reschedule is allowed and your rescheduled class must take place within 90 days of your original class.
*Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to class and no-shows at class will not be issued a refund or credit.
*Substitutions are allowed with notice.
*Manuals are non-refundable if received.
HeartCode Complete - Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
This certification option does not offer a refund due to the complexity of the system and issuance of the online components.
*You may reschedule your skills station appointment once with at least 24 hours advanced notice and your rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of the original appt.
*Reschedule requests without 24 hours advanced notice will not be issued a credit to reschedule and additional fees will apply.
Low Enrollment/Severe Weather Cancellations:
Although rare, if a class must be canceled due to unforseen circumstances
we will notify you and every effort will be made to reschedule your training.
